Description

You will coordinate IT service delivery, project implementation, and asset deployment for branch and divisional customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced, hands-on technical support for escalated requests from the Service Desk.
• Manage project-based IT work involving network equipment, servers, terminals, cabling, and software.
• Lead technical project implementations at facilities, including infrastructure coordination for new construction or office moves.
• Investigate hardware issues and perform minor system hardware and communication connection repairs.
• Train users on technology use and mentor other Technical Analysts within the team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical support or IT coordination.
• Proficiency with SCCM and AutoPilot.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 Suite and Jabber.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix environments.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Ability to support network wireless and wired connectivity.
• Experience with HP laptops and docking stations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with facility-based IT project planning and budgeting.
