Description

You will lead technical requirements and documentation for large-scale data migration projects within Endur ETRM systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state data sources, models, and business processes to define migration requirements.
• Develop detailed data mapping documentation and work with technical teams to define ETL processes.
• Define and execute data migration test plans while collaborating with QA to resolve discrepancies.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and project leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in professional environments.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst specifically on data migration projects.
• Deep understanding of Endur ETRM systems and greenfield implementations.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and relational databases.
• Experience with large-scale, complex data migration efforts.
• Familiarity with energy trading and risk management processes.
• Knowledge of industry-standard data migration tools and frameworks.
• Understanding of cloud-based data platforms and ETRM integration.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Business Analysis or related disciplines.
