Description

You will manage the full product lifecycle from design and development through to integration and testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage products and core business processes throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Conduct User Acceptance Tests (UATs) for new iterations of existing product features.
• Manage projects or support project leads to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate with compliance and risk management teams to implement adequate processes and controls.
• Develop product notes, department operating manuals, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical or analytical role.
• Proven ability to manage project delivery and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in task prioritization and organization.
• Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and product risk profiles.
• Strong presentation, managerial, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Capability to work under pressure and adapt to changing technology systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with compliance and risk management frameworks.
