Description

You will manage the procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software assets while ensuring infrastructure availability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware procurement, delivery, implementation, and physical asset documentation.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, and throughput to proactively remediate issues.
• Resolve hardware and software incidents for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and peripherals.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions to resolve recurring problems.
• Contribute to technical change documentation, including impact assessments and implementation plans.
• Lead location-specific disaster recovery efforts for technology.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or desktop support.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Mac/iOS support.
• Experience working in an ITIL-based environment.
• Proficiency with incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Experience supporting end-user computing devices.
• Ability to meet SLAs and provide regular customer updates.
• Capability to walk, stand, squat, kneel, and climb to maintain equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Preferred Skills

• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP).
• CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP, or MCDST certifications.
• Experience with Series/AS400, wireless (Mobile, WiFi, WAP), or audio/visual technology.
