Description

You will manage the lifecycle of hardware and software assets while ensuring the availability and performance of technology infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware procurement, implementation, and maintenance of physical assets and configuration records.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and throughput to proactively identify and remediate issues.
• Perform incident, problem, and change management, including conducting root cause analysis.
• Lead disaster recovery efforts for your assigned location.
• Collaborate with project teams to assess the impact of new business requirements and implement change plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technology operations and end-user computing support.
• Proven experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Working knowledge of ITIL-based environments.
• Experience with networking, wireless (Mobile, WiFi, WAP), and audio/visual technology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to meet SLAs and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: A+, Network+, MCP, MCDST, or Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP).
• Experience with Series/AS400 support and Project Management.
