Description

You will manage enterprise Unified Communications tools and day-to-day telecom support operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support UC tools including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco WebEx, and Avaya systems.
• Manage telecom support operations for enterprise voice systems such as PBX, VoIP, and SIP.
• Coordinate with network teams to troubleshoot, implement changes, and perform root cause analysis.
• Handle provisioning, configuration, and decommissioning of telecom circuits and devices.
• Maintain telecom documentation, inventories, and topology diagrams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in telecom or technical analysis roles.
• Expertise managing telecom hardware such as Cisco, Avaya, or Nortel platforms.
• Experience with VoIP, SIP trunks, PRI lines, and telecom call flow diagnostics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco WebEx, and Avaya Systems.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or Remedy ticketing systems and change management.
• Foundational networking knowledge including LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DHCP, and DNS.
• Ability to participate in audits, DR drills, and capacity planning.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation certification.
