Description

You will bridge technical operations and stakeholder management to support large-scale IT infrastructure and integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement working knowledge across software development, database administration, and network design.
• Manage integration and administration of large-scale computer hardware systems.
• Oversee data center or cloud operations and telecommunications circuit installations.
• Coordinate with senior management and key stakeholders on multi-vendor projects.
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of practical technical experience in software development or application development.
• 8–10 years of experience in database design and administration.
• 8–10 years of experience in network design, operations, or hardware system integration.
• 3–5 years of experience leading or working within large multi-vendor project teams.
• 3–5 years of experience interfacing with senior management and stakeholders.
• Extensive experience using Microsoft 365 products.
• Strong proficiency in IT Service Management.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience on a Medicaid or major healthcare payer project.
• Knowledge of and experience using ServiceNow and Azure.
• Prior experience providing technical support on large-scale integration projects.
