Description

You will provide technical support for software, hardware, and operating systems while analyzing system impacts to propose application changes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Research, test, and communicate solutions for technical issues, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Analyze system impacts and propose changes to file layouts and web services.
• Extract and analyze data using SQL queries to support troubleshooting, solution development, and testing.
• Debug Java applications to identify root causes and collaborate with development teams on implementation.
• Create and document test cases to support development and quality assurance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for data extraction and performance.
• Experience debugging Java applications.
• Understanding of web services including REST and SOAP.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience with incident management and support ticketing systems.
• Ability to assess software changes and determine system impacts.
• Any Graduate degree.
