Description

You will design, implement, and optimize IT solutions across software and hardware infrastructure to improve business operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document IT processes, including the creation of Low Level Designs (LLDs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct gap analysis, redesign business processes, and develop roadmaps and proofs-of-concept.
• Design and execute test strategies in collaboration with QA teams.
• Analyze software and hardware issues to provide timely solutions and maintain system performance.
• Work with onsite and offsite clients to define technological needs and assist with user acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software development, database management, and testing.
• Proven experience creating Low Level Designs (LLDs).
• Strong debugging skills and technical problem-solving capabilities.
• Expertise in programming, network administration, and software installation/configuration.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of database agile development technologies.
• Ability to perform regular research to identify technology improvements for business operations.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
