Description

Perform complex data analysis, reporting, and automation tasks to drive operational efficiency.

You will own the design and implementation of recurring reports and dashboards from specified data sources. You will develop data solutions that integrate raw data into functional formats for analytics. You will automate manual tasks, including data entry into spreadsheets, using Python, R, or Java. You will analyze large datasets to identify trends and generate actionable insights. You will clean and process data, leveraging knowledge of NLP and Regex. You will maintain strong working knowledge of ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, ITOM, ITAM) and adhere to ITIL or related ITSM best practices.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• SQL proficiency, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with dashboarding software: Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, ITOM, ITAM).
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java for automation and data cleaning.
• Knowledge of ITIL or related ITSM best practices.
• Ability to clean and process data, including knowledge of NLP and Regex.
