You will bridge business needs and technical implementation for e-commerce platform migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions using interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose optimization solutions.
• Conduct technical analysis of current e-commerce platforms to identify dependencies and migration challenges.
• Develop technical documentation including API documentation, user manuals, and installation guides.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in a technical analysis role.
• Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and querying.
• Experience working with APIs and documenting API specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical and process-related issues.
• Experience conducting technical analysis for platform migrations or system transitions.
• Ability to document complex functional specifications and system designs.
• Bachelor's degree.
