You will diagnose and solve technical business problems to ensure operational effectiveness for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Debug and troubleshoot enterprise-level cloud and mobile applications across application, platform, and infrastructure tiers.
• Design, implement, and integrate third-party solutions into existing systems.
• Apply project management techniques and analytical abilities to support large-scale initiatives.
• Align technical problem-solving with broader technology strategic plans.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in technical support or analysis.
• In-depth experience with .NET Framework or Java.
• Extensive experience with SQL queries and databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes within enterprise architecture.
• Experience with source control systems such as GitHub or SVN.
• Practical experience in agile delivery using tools like Jira or Rally.
• Proven background working on financial services projects.

Preferred Skills

• Banking experience with Fiserv Premier, Corillian, or Mobility.
• Experience with third-party financial solutions such as Plaid, Alloy, or Temenos.
