Description

You will implement and support the SuccessFactors HR global system, focusing on integrations between SuccessFactors and various cloud-based or on-premise solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrations between SuccessFactors and other business, IT, and cloud-based products.
• Implement prepackaged integrations and develop custom SAP CPI I-flows.
• Provide technical support for SuccessFactors upgrades and platform integrations.
• Debug I-flows and capture logs to data stores.
• Partner with internal HR teams to develop solutions that meet functional needs and project deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with the SuccessFactors platform.
• 2+ years of experience with SAP CPI integration.
• Proficiency in Groovy Scripting or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP, ODATA, SFTP, and LDAP adapters.
• Experience setting up Key stores, generating SSL certificates, and SSH Tokens.
• Knowledge of the Systems Implementation Life Cycle.
• Ability to manage sub-project tasks, deliverables, and milestones.
• Strong analytical skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing integrations between ADP and SuccessFactors globally.
• Experience using Integration Center within the Employee Central Module.
