Description

You will manage application software installation, configuration, and maintenance while documenting all technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain application software and associated documentation.
• Manage platform activities including application and database backup, restore functions, and user management.
• Administer security integrations using Active Directory and SSO concepts.
• Support networking, VMWare environments, and various operating systems.
• Handle cloud hosting services and subscription management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience.
• Experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and Postgres database platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and database administration.
• Working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with networking and VMWare environments.
• Competency in Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to travel to client sites (averaging 30%, up to 100%).
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Technical consulting experience with project management responsibilities.
• Experience with FactoryTalk Analytics, ProductionCentre, PTC ThingWorx, Vuforia, or Kepware.
• Familiarity with FactoryTalk Historian or OSIsoft PI.
