Description

Design and configure technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to meet business requirements. You will own the end-to-end configuration of Salesforce CPQ, including automation, product setup, and quote documentation.

Responsibilities

• Configure automation processes using Flows, Approval Processes, Workflows, and Process Builder.
• Develop and configure products, product options, product rules, validation rules, and quote document templates.
• Document technical design deliverables such as specifications, wireframes, prototypes, user stories, and test scripts.
• Conduct QA testing and validation to ensure solution integrity.
• Collaborate with business analysts and development teams to estimate effort, identify risks, and groom backlogs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience in an applications development environment.
• Expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency with declarative pricing automation using Price Rules and Product Rules.
• Hands-on experience with Product setup, Product Options, Configuration & Rules, Order Management, Contract Management, and Amendments.
• Working knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Strong understanding of the Agile/Scrum framework.
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• SAP experience.
• Salesforce Certifications: CPQ Specialist, Platform Developer I, or ADM 201.
