You provide advanced technical support and lead onsite IT project implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement IT equipment including network hardware, servers, terminals, PCs, and cabling.
• Act as facility lead for technical projects, coordinating infrastructure for new construction or office moves.
• Resolve escalated incidents and requests from the Service Desk, including hardware repairs and connection troubleshooting.
• Mentor other Technical Analysts and collaborate with regional GTS personnel to meet divisional standards.
• Train users on technology use and assist with facility-based IT project planning and budgeting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or IT implementation.
• Proficiency with SCCM, Citrix, Jabber, and Network Wireless.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, math, and reasoning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with associates and executives.
• Ability to manage resources, priorities, and multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to drive to assigned sites.
• Capacity for travel (minimum 30%) to meet with stakeholders or off-site personnel.

• Physical ability to operate computer hardware and participate in onsite training or meetings.
