You will perform technical analysis, drive solutions using data and software knowledge, and resolve complex issues within distributed teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent research to develop creative work products and proposals.
• Apply application and data modeling knowledge to identify root cause issues and solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to define, refine requirements, and manage backlogs.
• Facilitate training sessions and articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant experience in a technical analysis role.
• Strong experience working within Agile environments, including Scrum/SAFe frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, and Alteryx.
• Experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Starburst, and Collibra.
• Expertise in Agile delivery, requirements engineering, and backlog management.
• Skilled in using Agile management tools like Jira.
• Solid understanding of data manipulation using tools like Alteryx.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve conflicts within matrixed teams.
