Description

You will perform technical analysis and testing for Android OS software products within a Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirement specifications to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Execute automated and manual tests, including functional, load, performance, and regression testing.
• Develop and execute automation scripts, logging all defects in Jira.
• Triage OTA issues across Kernel, Protocol, and WiFi layers while analyzing logs from various streams.
• Perform backend testing by writing SQL queries to manipulate and retrieve data.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical analysis or computer programming.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C, Javascript, HTML, XML, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Android OS, ADB, and Linux platforms (Ubuntu).
• Experience with automation tools including Appium and Selenium IDE.
• Strong background in functional, security, API, and network testing (Wi-Fi, 3G).
• Competency with Jira, Testrail, Quip, and SQL Server.
• Ability to use debugging tools such as ADB, Dumpsys, and CPU Profiler.
• Experience with hardware/software integration testing including GPS and battery stats.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Robot Process Automation Framework and Hadoop.
• Familiarity with Wireshark and Charles Proxy.
