Description

You will act as the primary technical link between clients and the development team to resolve application issues and define product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application issues and resolve client queries via calls, chat, and email.
• Gather and document technical requirements, creating process flows, wireframes, and data models.
• Translate client needs into actionable tasks and prioritize them for the development team.
• Manage task progress and workflows using Jira or Kanban-based platforms.
• Analyze market trends and client feedback to recommend product improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and managing third-party integrations or migrations.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to navigate databases and schemas within data warehouse applications.
• Familiarity with CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of third-party applications such as Stripe, Google Analytics, and Google Ad Manager.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
