Description

You will lead the development of functional and technical specifications for the CGI Advantage ERP solution and manage deployment across internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, development, and implementation of CGI Advantage ERP solutions.
• Configure customized modules and write programs or scripts to optimize functionalities and user interfaces.
• Evaluate existing IT infrastructure, including databases and security protocols, to recommend system improvements.
• Manage end-to-end deployment, system integration, and post-production support.
• Conduct diagnostic tests to resolve issues and provide technical training to end-users.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a business or systems analyst in an ERP environment.
• Completion of at least three end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
• 3-5 years of experience with the CGI Advantage Finance Module (GL, Budget, AP, Treasury).
• 3-5 years of experience with the CGI Advantage HR Module (Payroll, Onboarding).
• 3-5 years of experience with the CGI Advantage Procurement Module (Vendor Self Service, Contract Management, RFP/RFI).
• Extensive knowledge of business processes and CGI Advantage ERP development tools.
• Proficiency in relevant coding languages for ERP customization.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating CGI Advantage ERP from on-premise to the Cloud.
• CGI Advantage ERP Certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
