Description

You will bridge the gap between users and engineering to improve IT system operations and deliver technical solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into formal technical deliverables.
• Perform complex SQL coding, configuration, and scripting for application customization.
• Identify, document, and track system issues through reporting and troubleshooting.
• Manage VOIP software issues and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Lead and direct the work of others on independent tasks and group projects.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in technical analysis or programming.
• Advanced MS SQL skills, including complex queries and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Amtelco Infinity or comparable contact center applications like Genesys.
• Strong scripting background for application customization and web APIs.
• Proficiency with MS Visio for program blue printing.
• Experience working within Agile sprint workflows.
• Familiarity with Service-Now, Citrix, and BeyondTrust remote assistance software.
• Experience using Network Director tools to manage remote sessions.
• Ability to manage MS Excel reports and custom data manipulations.

Preferred Skills

• BS in Computer Science with a focus on Programming.
• Experience implementing digital voice technology.
