Description

Lead the architectural design and development of software solutions for Public Transit business domains. Own the full SDLC, from design and coding to testing, implementation, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable software solutions using .NET, C#, and JavaScript while ensuring security and accessibility compliance.
• Oversee all phases of the SDLC, including design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation.
• Mentor application developers in the design, assembly, and deployment of complex software systems.
• Manage application team tasking, code reviews, and project constraints such as risk, scope, and resources.
• Research enterprise services for identity management, content management, and GIS integration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and application architecture.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, and JavaScript for full-stack development.
• Strong experience with T-SQL and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud platforms.
• Experience implementing unit testing using NUnit or MSTest.
• Deep understanding of the full SDLC.
• Ability to build digital products with a focus on accessibility.
• Experience with SSRS and configuration management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevSecOps practices to reduce total cost of ownership.
• Background in designing cross-platform solutions for enterprise environments.
