Description

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and document software and data issues for e-commerce platforms while providing direct technical support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and test solutions for client-server software application and configuration issues.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or support cases to resolve technical queries.
• Document technical calls with detailed notes and screenshots for internal and external use.
• Create customer-facing and internal knowledge base documentation.
• Follow established escalation paths to ensure issues are resolved within defined SLAs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applicable experience in a support environment.
• Proficiency in MS-SQL and SQL Server Management Studio.
• Ability to create and execute SQL queries.
• Experience with HTML and CSS.
• Basic understanding of APIs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products, Microsoft administration, and Microsoft IIS.
• Experience with SQL Server database maintenance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for direct customer interaction.

Preferred Skills

• JavaScript and ERP application knowledge.
• Understanding of database backup/restore, FTP, SMTP, and DTS.
• Knowledge of network environments and multiple operating systems.
