Description

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software, network, and hardware issues for ERP applications in a high-volume support environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair client-server software issues involving Microsoft SQL, web servers, payment terminals, and mobile devices.
• Document technical issues and escalate complex failures when standard procedures fail.
• Assist with system setup, configuration, and integration tools for product customization.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the department's knowledge base and FAQ documentation.
• Collaborate with customer experience and sales departments to address technical concerns.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of applicable experience in a technical support or application specialist role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL, Android, and iOS devices.
• Experience working with ERP, SaaS, or e-Commerce platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in high-volume support environments.
• Knowledge of system application fundamentals and business processes.
• Degree or any graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in database administration, installation, and configuration.
• Knowledge of financial, manufacturing, retail, or distribution business processes.
• Experience with analytical tools.
