Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level Google Workspace product and architecture support, including cross-product dependencies and enterprise deployment patterns.
• Troubleshoot identity, authentication, authorization, and access control issues across Workspace and external identity providers including Okta and Azure AD.
• Support and resolve issues related to SAML/SSO integrations, 2FA, and enterprise identity management workflows.
• Develop and troubleshoot Google Apps Script / AppScript solutions used for automation, validation, reporting, and advanced administrative workflows.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to networking, DNS, APIs, HTTP flows, identity chains, and email transport.
• Perform advanced email and mail flow troubleshooting including routing and delivery issue analysis.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers and internal teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
• Document troubleshooting procedures, technical findings, and operational best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for enterprise support operations and automation workflows.
• Ensure timely issue resolution while meeting SLA and support quality standards.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience supporting Google Workspace administration and enterprise deployments.
• Expertise in SAML, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) integrations.
• Hands-on experience with identity providers such as Okta and Azure AD.
• Strong understanding of identity chains, authentication flows, and access control mechanisms.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting Google Apps Script / AppScript automation solutions.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, HTTP, APIs, and email transport protocols.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise email routing, delivery, and mail flow issues.
• Understanding of enterprise SaaS environments, cloud productivity tools, and user access management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues across integrated enterprise systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with GAM (Google Apps Manager) administration and automation.
• Knowledge of Python scripting for automation and support activities.
• Exposure to AppSheet application development and integrations.
• Understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records for email authentication and routing.
• Google Workspace Administrator certification is an added advantage.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
