Description

You provide expert-level support for Google Workspace architecture, identity management, and enterprise deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot identity, authentication, and access control issues across Workspace, Okta, and Azure AD.
• Resolve SAML/SSO integrations, 2FA, and enterprise identity management workflow failures.
• Develop and debug Google Apps Script solutions for automation, validation, and reporting.
• Investigate networking, DNS, APIs, HTTP flows, and email transport issues.
• Document troubleshooting procedures and implement long-term solutions for enterprise customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years supporting Google Workspace administration and enterprise deployments.
• Expertise in SAML, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
• Hands-on experience with identity providers such as Okta and Azure AD.
• Strong understanding of identity chains, authentication flows, and access control mechanisms.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting Google Apps Script automation solutions.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, HTTP, APIs, and email transport protocols.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise email routing, delivery, and mail flow issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GAM (Google Apps Manager) administration and Python scripting.
• Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records for email authentication.
