Description

Architect and guide the development lifecycle for a web-based data entry portal, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory compliance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect the technical design and development of the data entry portal.
• Draft comprehensive requirements documents and analyze current data organization strategies.
• Establish design standards for technical and user documentation.
• Interface with IT teams to ensure platform regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical guidance for selecting the best-fit business platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of expert-level experience with MS SQL Server 2008 and above.
• 5+ years of experience in MS SQL development and architecture.
• 5+ years developing stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, and Microsoft SQL Reporting Services.
• 3+ years drafting requirement documents for web-based data entry portals.
• 3+ years of experience in application development and architecture.
• Proficiency in intermediate SQL query development and database concepts.
• Experience with SQL Server Administration and ESRI GIS.

Preferred Skills

• NCDEQ certification or experience with environmental data regulations.
