Description

Design and configure LabVantage LIMS/LES solutions, focusing on complex instrument integration and data integrity compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement LabVantage LIMS/LES configurations for bi-directional integration of complex file-based laboratory instruments via SDMS.
• Evaluate and design integrations using the LabVantage Empower Connector to connect Waters Empower 3 with LabVantage LIMS.
• Configure hardware communication devices (e.g., Lantronix) and analytical instruments (balances, pH meters) for automated data capture.
• Integrate NuGenesis instrument data archive solutions with LabVantage, ensuring minimal data integrity risks.
• Provide technical architecture recommendations to optimize performance, scalability, and compliance with GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on LabVantage LIMS/LES implementation and configuration.
• Deep expertise in LabVantage SDMS and instrument integration architectures.
• Experience integrating Waters Empower 3 (v3.6.1) with LabVantage LIMS (v8.8).
• Proficiency in configuring NuGenesis instrument data archive solutions.
• Strong knowledge of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and ALCOA+ data integrity principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Lantronix hardware communication devices.
• Knowledge of simple analytical instrument integration for automated data capture.
