Description

You will own the technical direction and architecture of core systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern architectural standards, best practices, and technical integrity for internal assets.
• Develop and publish comprehensive product technical architecture and design documentation.
• Lead, mentor, and guide development and architecture professionals in implementing technical changes.
• Oversee application delivery methodologies including Agile, iterative, and waterfall processes.
• Integrate DevOps practices such as CI/CD and automation into the delivery pipeline.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical architecture and solution design.
• Hands-on expertise in Java and .NET technologies.
• Strong ability to define and govern architectural standards.
• Experience mentoring and guiding development and architecture teams.
• Strong understanding of application delivery methodologies (Agile, iterative, waterfall).
• Experience creating and maintaining technical architecture and design documentation.
• Exposure to DevOps practices including CI/CD and automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Guidewire platforms.
• Prior experience in the insurance or technology field.
