Lead the design and development of complex distributed systems using a disciplined approach.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex systems using modern design patterns and distributed computing architectures.
• Analyze requirements, provide technical estimations, and oversee application design and testing.
• Facilitate technical meetings with stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple competing priorities independently within an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with product, program, and developer teams to deliver software products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Experience with distributed computing, including parallelism, concurrency control, and race conditions.
• Hands-on experience with messaging queuing infrastructures.
• Knowledge of cloud and on-premise infrastructure and services.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for technical facilitation and consensus-building.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Architectural experience with Azure cloud and PaaS offerings.
• Experience designing REST APIs and working with distributed caching solutions.
• Knowledge of RDBMS, NoSQL, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
