Description

Lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions within a Microsoft Teams-based contact center platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, reliable software solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.
• Develop, optimize, and manage cloud-based solutions with a focus on Microsoft Azure architecture and performance tuning.
• Integrate AI and machine learning technologies to enhance software functionality and user experience.
• Design and implement intelligent chatbots using bot frameworks, incorporating NLP and conversational UI.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and junior architects.

Required Skills

• At least 10 years of experience in the Microsoft technology stack.
• Advanced knowledge of .NET, C#, and .NET Core.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure, including infrastructure design, services, and security.
• Hands-on experience with Python programming.
• Practical knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies.
• Strong experience developing chatbots using various bot frameworks.
• Familiarity with conversational AI and NLP integration techniques.
• Experience with Cosmos DB.
• Ability to manage technical projects and align them with business goals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, and Logic Apps.
• Knowledge of integrating with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Zendesk.
