Key Responsibilities

Own the solution architecture for Copilot agents built on Microsoft Copilot Studio, including patterns for hardening, governance, and platform standards.

Guide and review the offshore engineers' agent builds; set technical direction and the quality bar.

Front-end technical discussions with Matson leadership and technical teams; act as the trusted onsite point of continuity.

Ensure the platform architecture is cloud-sound and integrates cleanly with the customer's environment.

Primary Skills

Proven Copilot agent development on Copilot Studio, including topics, actions, connectors, and governance.

Cloud architect background with, at minimum, Azure application architecture experience (AWS experience a strong plus).

Strong customer-facing communication and the ability to work independently onsite
