Description

Lead low-level design, feature development, and delivery oversight across multiple workstreams to ensure engineering standards are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation through the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Create technical specifications and drive changes through development and testing phases.
• Apply and enforce engineering standards across all delivered workstreams.
• Mentor junior staff members on technical best practices.
• Design and deploy enterprise-level applications using distributed and cloud technologies.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience designing and deploying enterprise business or technical applications.
• Expert working knowledge of distributed cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration.
• Experience with containerization (Kubernetes/OpenShift) and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with UI technologies including Angular, React, HTML, and CSS3.
• Experience with distributed databases such as Postgres, RDS, and Aurora.
• Knowledge of mobile and web app security, session management, and performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience leading multiple workstreams simultaneously.
