Description

You will serve as a Senior Architect consultant driving ServiceNow implementation and transformation efforts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions and establish best practices based on customer requirements, converting them to functional specifications.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and transformation programs across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, WSD, S2P, and CMDB.
• Provide technical direction for development, design, and systems integration from the definition phase through implementation.
• Review development team work, enforcing coding standards and ensuring requirements are detailed enough for accurate estimation.
• Mentor team members, guiding technical knowledge and supporting their career development and certification.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an architect role with deep knowledge of ServiceNow implementation.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform security, authorization, and continuous monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Process Definition and industry standards application.
• Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience in Greenfield, Replatform, Consolidation, and Migration projects.
• Proficiency in key modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, WSD, S2P, and CMDB.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and managing operational activities.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript.
• Certifications required: ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM, HRSD, WSD, S2P), and ITIL V3 Foundation.
