Description

You will lead the technical design and architectural standards for a web-based data entry portal.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Draft comprehensive requirements documents, including analysis of current data organization and storage.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations for selecting the best-fit business platform.
• Establish design standards and expectations for technical and user documentation.
• Interface with IT departments to ensure proposed platforms meet compliance requirements.
• Oversee the development of stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of expertise in MS SQL Server 2008 and above.
• 5+ years of experience in MS SQL development and architecture.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint and SQL Reporting Services.
• 5+ years of experience in SQL Server Administration and ESRI GIS.
• 3+ years of experience drafting requirements for web-based data entry portals.
• 3+ years of experience in application development and architecture.
• 3+ years of experience establishing standards for user documentation.
• Advanced SQL query development and command knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web-based data entry portal architecture.
