Lead the re-architecting of monolithic applications into microservices and design cloud-native solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from monolithic structures to microservices patterns and principles.
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions in greenfield and modernization projects.
• Own the implementation of containerized solutions using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Develop and manage API design, integration architecture, and security protocols.
• Apply cloud design patterns, operations, and cost models to enterprise environments.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT industry experience with 5-7 years focused on Azure cloud architecture and microservices.
• Expertise in Java development, specifically using the Spring Boot framework and J2EE technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure platform services including AKS, Azure API Management, and Azure DevOps.
• Deep proficiency in containerization with Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Practical experience with serverless computing and API gateways.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL database systems and data integration.
• Experience with integration solutions using Kafka or Event Grid.
• Solid understanding of cloud security principles, automation, and IT operations.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to work hands-on in application and integration architecture.
