You will architect and lead the integration of Generative AI into the Software Development Life Cycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and build Gen AI-driven SDLC designs, embedding AI across requirements, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered tools, implementing LLM solutions and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Partner with internal teams to integrate Gen AI into workflows, conducting enablement sessions and training.
• Act as a subject matter expert for external customers, providing strategic consulting on AI-driven SDLC transformation.
• Drive continuous innovation by evaluating emerging Gen AI tools and recommending efficiency enhancements.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of software development experience, including Technical Lead or Architect roles.
• Proven expertise designing and architecting large-scale enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral), vector databases, and embedding models.
• Demonstrated ability in building and deploying RAG architectures.
• Proficiency in AI agent and automation framework development, such as LangChain.
• Strong grasp of SDLC, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Prior customer-facing technical experience.
