Description

You will lead the design and development of technical solutions, aligning them with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define technical standards, best practices, and reference architecture patterns for solution implementation.
• Establish guidelines for software engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and security.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, such as architectural diagrams and system SOPs.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to defined standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical debt and technical risks during the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of relevant working experience in technical architecture.
• Expert knowledge of architecture industry tools and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of system design principles, capable of designing moderately complex systems.
• Experience designing technical architectures that meet basic business requirements.
• Knowledge of software design patterns, version control, and basic DevOps concepts.
• Ability to apply standard design practices effectively across projects.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines and Security guidelines.
• Understanding of estimation techniques, including the WBS model.
