Description

Lead technical design and oversee development teams for complex system enhancements and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect system components using .Net Core and Microservices.
• Manage software developers, monitor resource workloads, and provide technical support.
• Own task estimation, scheduling, and planning within JIRA.
• Conduct code reviews, peer reviews, functional testing, and deliverable reviews.
• Optimize straight-through processing by tuning applications and databases.

Required Skills

• 8-13 years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Strong technical background in .Net Core and .Net technologies.
• Proficiency with Microservices architecture.
• Expertise in Web API technologies.
• Experience with JIRA for project planning and scheduling.
• Ability to perform functional analysis and technical design.
• Experience managing support tickets and maintaining existing systems.

• Any Graduate degree.
