You will lead the architectural design and implementation of solutions on the Salesforce platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Oversee development and customization of Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, and system integrations.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, enforcing best practices and architectural standards.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems to ensure efficient data flow.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Expertise in integration technologies, specifically REST and SOAP.
• Strong data modeling capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for complex technical solutions.
