Description

You will design and manage the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions that scale with customer growth.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform.
• Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with client business objectives.
• Provide oversight and governance for Salesforce projects, including defining coding standards and leading code reviews.
• Manage technical delivery for custom development, integrations, and data migration elements.
• Conduct technical deep-dives, debugging, and pre-sales activities such as Proof-of-Concept development.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of CRM experience with at least 6 years specifically on the Salesforce platform.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce product suites including Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds.
• Deep understanding of systems architecture, design patterns, and large data volume limitations.
• Experience with platform authentication patterns including SAML, SSO, and OAuth.
• Proficiency with data integration tools and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of platform security capabilities such as TLS and SSL.
• Experience with environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to achieve them upon hire.
