Description

You will serve as the key technical designer and architect for engineering pods.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML models, agentic systems, and automation workflows to accelerate delivery.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready architectures integrating AI, microservices, and APIs.
• Lead architecture and code reviews, ensuring adherence to technical standards and governance.
• Drive adoption of emerging AI frameworks, agentic tools, and cloud services.
• Provide hands-on support during customer workshops and PoV/PoC sessions to resolve technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years experience as a technical architect with Java and AI technologies (Gen AI, Agentic AI).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven track record designing scalable, production-ready architectures integrating AI, microservices, and APIs.
• Experience leading architecture/code reviews and mentoring engineering teams.
• Exposure to AI/ML model deployment, agentic tools, and automation workflows in enterprise settings.
• Proficiency in Java.
