You will lead technical direction and engineering execution for account teams, owning release quality and resolving complex architectural issues.

Responsibilities

• Define technical direction and resolve complex engineering issues during project execution.
• Propose project budgets and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Delegate work effectively to ensure engineering duties are fulfilled.
• Mentor team members on best practices and train new employees.
• Collaborate with various departments to align technical delivery with project goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong expertise in Core Java and Java development.
• Proven experience in software architecture and design.
• Ability to manage project budgets and technical documentation.
• Experience in delegating tasks and leading engineering efforts.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading multiple account teams simultaneously.
