Description

You will lead the technical design, implementation, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Bridge the gap between customers and the development team through technical collaboration.
• Oversee the design hand-over process and manage technical configuration and customization.
• Estimate builds for product backlog items and develop complex user stories.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain quality and technical standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience delivering CRM solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service).
• Proficiency with PowerApps, including Model-Driven and Canvas apps.
• Experience customizing applications using JavaScript and plugins.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to create and review conceptual and detailed technical designs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM integration and migration strategies.
