Description

Lead the architectural design and implementation of SAP HCM solutions for global clients in London.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Oversee the efficient deployment of applications into production environments.
• Collaborate with functional teams to bridge support for L1, L2, and L3 tickets and change requests.
• Configure and implement Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Payroll modules.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM consulting and implementation.
• Deep expertise in SAP HCM configuration for US, UK, and India regions.
• Proficiency with SuccessFactors and CDS views.
• Hands-on experience with Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management modules.
• Experience with Time, Learning, and Travel Expenses modules.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruitment, and BIB.
• Familiarity with PTIP configuration integration templates.
• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HCM Payroll with ERP 6.0 EHP7.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
