You will design and implement scalable technical solutions for a workforce management tool built on .Net Core, Angular, and Azure SQL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level architectural designs that meet business requirements and minimize technical debt.
• Ensure scalability and maintainability of web application solutions.
• Translate business needs into robust technical specifications.
• Balance technical constraints with business considerations during decision-making.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development and system architecture.
• Proven track record as a Technical Architect.
• Strong expertise in .Net Core and Angular.
• Hands-on experience with Azure SQL and Azure cloud services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to design solutions that reduce long-term technical debt.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building workforce management or enterprise-grade applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a contract engagement setting.
