Description

You will architect and implement Looker environments on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring scalability and security across development, staging, and production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement multi-environment Looker setups following Google best practices.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines for LookML deployment using GitHub or GitLab.
• Define LookML modeling standards to ensure scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to secure connections between Looker and data sources.
• Implement role-based access control and network security configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Google Cloud Certified Architect or Professional Data Engineer certification.
• Hands-on experience with LookML development and Looker platform administration.
• Expertise in GCP environments, including IAM and network security.
• Proven experience designing and deploying Looker implementations at scale.
• Direct experience integrating Looker with BigQuery and other GCP Data Services.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Strong ability to develop technical documentation and training materials.
