Description

You design and lead the architecture for scalable Salesforce enterprise solutions and Genesys Cloud CX integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end application architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, and Financial Services Clouds.
• Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Lead Salesforce integration with Genesys Cloud CX, including CTI, Omni-Channel, and omnichannel engagement flows.
• Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation and establish development standards.
• Perform architecture reviews, code reviews, and security assessments to ensure governance and performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Deep proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with Genesys Cloud CX (Open CTI, Screen Pop, Click-to-Dial, ACD).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Administrator capabilities.
• Ability to design secure data models, sharing architectures, and scalable batch/queueable processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud and enterprise application modernization.
• Knowledge of IVR workflow integration with Service Cloud.
