You will design and build large-scale distributed systems and microservices while guiding engineering teams through architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build large-scale, distributed systems and microservices.
• Guide and mentor engineering teams through architectural decisions.
• Optimize system performance and data models.
• Own the technical roadmap for core services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or architectural role.
• Deep expertise with Spring Framework, specifically Spring Reactive and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Cassandra).
• Demonstrable experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong background in system design and data modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other distributed tracing or monitoring tools.
