Description

You will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet business and technical requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide guidance on platform best practices.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications.
• Conduct system performance tuning and optimization for high availability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for architecture, design, and implementation processes.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT with a focus on ServiceNow architecture and administration.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow Architecture and Administration.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, ITIL framework, and DevOps practices.
